Puppies & Yoga had something most brands would kill for — millions of organic views on every TikTok and Instagram post. Puppy yoga classes were selling out through word-of-mouth alone. The problem wasn't demand. It was that the business had no system to capture, convert, or retain the attention it was already getting.
The Challenge
When a video hit, thousands of visitors would land on the site within hours. But the site wasn't built for that moment. There was no clear path from "I want to do this" to "I'm booked." No urgency. No waitlist. No way to capture interest when classes were full.
Bookings ran through a basic form that required manual confirmation. During viral spikes, the team couldn't respond fast enough. Potential customers would lose interest before hearing back.

Each page features real-time class availability, waitlist capture for sold-out sessions, social proof from previous attendees, and urgency indicators. The pages are designed to convert on the first visit, and capture the lead if they don't.
Automated Booking Engine
We replaced the manual form with a full booking system that handles scheduling, payments, confirmations, and waitlist management without any human intervention. When a spot opens, the next person on the waitlist gets notified and can book instantly.
The team went from manually processing every booking to handling 3x the volume with zero additional staff.

Post-class engagement became systematic and automated:
